A bit of a holiday weekend, today is the first time I've had Shichida in a while. It is easy to drink as usual. This is the first time for me to drink Shichida Aizan, but it is very good. It is sweet but also bitter.
A little slow after a long time. Today's menu is Chochin and Banshu Yume Nishiki. It tastes a little bitter compared to the usual Chochin. After all, it is delicious.
It is Takashi again. The arabashiri was good, so was the nakagumi. I want another bottle, but I don't know if they have any more. I want another bottle, but I don't know if they have any more.
I'm starting early today. Takashi's Banshu Aizan, good - this one. I thought it was sweet at first, but later it has a bitter taste and a sharpness. It is delicious.
Today, another Chochin, Bizen Oumachi 7-65, more gaseous, clean feeling, and I couldn't help but have another glass. This is not good. Chochin really can't lose its buzz. It is delicious.
Today is a stable Chochin.
Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture, Jungin, for the third time already? It is as good as ever, a little gassy, I will buy it again!
It's as good as ever, a little gassy, will buy again!
Today is Takashi's first time in a little while. Takashi's Omachi is still good. It is refreshing, but not lacking in quality. Arabashiri is wonderful.
Tamagawa today. Jungin, untouched and unblended sake. Gohyakumangoku. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. Gohyakumangoku is a good rice for sake.
Today we have Kikuhime and Tsurunori. It is also delicious. The alcohol content is high, and although I thought it was sour at first, it started to feel better from the second sip.
Chochin today. Sasanigori.
A little sweet and gassy. And super tasty... This place is really good... This is the first time in a while that I've had a bad experience.
Today I had this one that I hadn't opened to drink at New Year's. Tamagawa, Junmai Ginjo, Fukubukuro. It is 100% Gohyakumangoku, by the way. This is delicious. We are having yudofu with this tonight.
This is Chochin, my most favorite rice recently. No matter which rice I buy, it never seems to miss the mark. This time, I went a bit overboard and bought a nice Omachi. I can say it's the best.
