It was the end of a three-day weekend, and it was something of a busy streak. The last one was Tsurunori. It's been a while since I last bought one, but Gold Label is still delicious. Thanks for your hard work, myself.
Today we have fire-roasted black beef. Calm but with a touch of quirkiness. It's a good cosmetic. Personally, I think the unfiltered raw is by far the winner.
Today is Sogen's first time in a while. I am thrilled to be able to drink sake here again. Praying for the early recovery of Noto. I'll be rooting for you.
Today, I went to Okushika after a long time. As expected of Okushika's Yamahai, it has a habit. It has a high acidity. It seems to become a habit as you drink it.
Today I had some Tanzawa-yama and Rinpou that had been sitting in the fridge. This is delicious. I really like the taste. I should have bought a bottle. I don't think we can find Yamahai from Kawanishi very often.
Today is the first time in a while that I've been to Kaze no Mori, dewy leaf wind. I imagined it would be light because it is Kaze no Mori, but this one betrayed me in a good way. It has a nice bitter taste.
