Today's first item, Sagaminada, a sake from Kanagawa. I had heard the name but had never had it, so I bought it. It is quite good with an elegant taste. Is it a refreshing type? Personally, I'd like it to have a little more flavor. I'll drink it, though.

Today is the first time for me to try omiki. It is refreshing and easy to drink. The alcohol content is quite high, and it has a sharpness. It is a good cosmetic sake, and, well, it's a good choice. I guess it's more like a fish.
