A blend of new sake with a base of matured sake that has been aged for one year.
It has a flavorful, matured sake-like taste with a crispness.
It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways: cold when it is still hot, or warmed when the weather turns cooler.
Full-bodied and dry.
Latter half of the bottle is beautiful with strong yeast.
The aroma is mild and the flavor is rich and dry, just as the label says.
Polishing rice is 60% Yamae-Nishiki.
