It was left in the hole❗.
The aroma is fruity🍌and brown sugar.
On the palate, there is a slight fizziness from the raw sake. Rich rice flavor, sweetness, and alcohol.
It goes well with food, but it's also good on its own.
You can't go wrong with anything you drink 🎵.
A take-out I thought I couldn't drink anymore. It was left in the hole! It has a refreshing aroma of citrus 🍊, light acidity, fruity, soft sweetness, and umami. It's a great way to get the most out of your time with your family and friends.
Next time I want to comp from zero 😊.
Seriously good😍.
I bought this at my local convenience store.
I can't believe it's a convenience store sake.
This brand is brewed by a brewery that won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition.
The aroma is fresh and unique to nama-shu.
The flavor of the rice, the sourness, and the brown sugar-like sweetness all come together quickly.
It may be more like a rare sake.
Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree ±0, Acidity 1.6
I happened to get it at my favorite liquor store on a weekday.
It was my first Tobiroki.
From the ginjo aroma, sourness, umami, bitterness, and alcohol feeling.
Especially, you can feel the robust rice flavor.
Was it difficult for a beginner?
I would like to enjoy the change for a few more days.
Local but didn't drink it 😅.
Don't underestimate it, from the fruity aroma to the robust umami and soft sweetness.
I want to try the Junmai Ginjo next😃.
