I happened to get it at my favorite liquor store on a weekday.
It was my first Tobiroki.
From the ginjo aroma, sourness, umami, bitterness, and alcohol feeling.
Especially, you can feel the robust rice flavor.
Was it difficult for a beginner?
I would like to enjoy the change for a few more days.
