Oze no Yukidoke by Ryujin Shuzo. The name of the brewery attracted me and I was curious about the "raw" bottled sake... I picked it up. I buy it right away and drink it! And drink it! It's delicious!

This is my first time to drink sake from Shimane Prefecture 🍶There is a cloudiness at the bottom of the bottle 🤤This is also my first time to drink Nama-nigori (raw nigori) sake 😋After opening the bottle, the cloudiness naturally rose to the top and mixed well with the rice flavor😳It is refreshing and easy to drink while having the flavor of rice. The doburoku was delicious, and cloudy sake is delicious👍.

I was going to drink it when it was colder, but I opened the bottle and 🎉 checked it out for the first time as it was warmed up for the first time. I didn't have a sake bottle, so I used a mug instead. After bringing the water to a boil, I turned off the heat and put the mug in it for 2.5 minutes...it was super hot and I couldn't take it out 😫 I thought about it for a second, but fun won out and I didn't think about it...I persevered and took it out and had my first lukewarm sake! The aroma of the sake was so refreshing 🍶 and the taste was mellow and delicious ❗️

It's been a while since I've had sake. Today's sake is Kaze no Mori ALPHA1‼︎ fruity and easy to drink. It's low in alcohol, so you can drink it in small gulps, and it's very cost effective 🫡Thanks 🙏Tsumami is cream cheese and sardines wrapped in prosciutto ham😁.

I've been wanting to try this brewer's kuheiji🍶 It has a high alcohol content of 16% for me, but it's easy to drink. It's easy to drink and delicious! I love sake and have been drinking it a lot lately, and every time I drink it, it shows me more rich flavors and different expressions. ☺️ I'm not tired of it yet.

My wife found Koubu BOOST, Koubu was also recommended at a tavern. It has a fruity taste and is easy to drink. I made ♬♬ for the Tsumami with Mr. Kasahara's chicken liver recipe which is highly praised by both sides of the family.

I bought this summer sake Nero from my favorite Toichi during my Obon trip. It was dry and refreshing. Tsumami was chicken sashimi from the supermarket and bacon and cheese wrapped in gyoza dumpling skin. I'm trying to keep the price of the entrée low and am looking forward to the next sake 🍶.
