I've been wanting to try this Mitsui Kotobuki. I was prepared for the words "very dry," but after a moderate aftertaste, Mitsui Kotobuki quickly disappeared 🏀I've been drinking a lot of dry sake lately, but I'm enjoying learning 🍶.

I bought this summer sake Nero from my favorite Toichi during my Obon trip. It was dry and refreshing. Tsumami was chicken sashimi from the supermarket and bacon and cheese wrapped in gyoza dumpling skin. I'm trying to keep the price of the entrée low and am looking forward to the next sake 🍶.

The first Mimurosugi. It is said that this sake won the SAKE CONPETITION 2024 Gold Award, which determines the best sake in the world. Sake really has many different flavors and is very deep. It is delicious.

A fresh sake from the birthplace!
The cork flies open so much that the liquor store told us to be very careful how to open the cork...in many ways!
The bottle was opened without incident...but it was easy to drink with a pleasantly shwashy sensation. It's delicious!

My wife found this sake, Karatsu, at a roadside station. It is a little dry and after drinking it, the taste disappears in your mouth. It was delicious. Another sip and another sip of sake went down the drain.

My first Nabeshima (^...^)
It was my first Nabeshima (^^). I happened to find it at a liquor store I went to, so I told myself it was fate and bought it. The fruity taste spread in my mouth and the sweetness of the rice...well, I can't give a flavor review yet. It is delicious!
