It is a limited edition from a brewery. It may seem a little short because we drank the Junmai Daiginjo first, but it has the sweetness and umami of rice.
The aftertaste is clean and doesn't interfere with food, as is the case with most Miyakanbai.
Slightly effervescent, with a strong umami flavor that is hard to believe it is sake. It is a little spicy, but easy to drink, and you can enjoy it easily.
