I've been longing for a kabuto bug! I missed buying it this year and had to give up, but miraculously I found it🍉! It's low in alcohol and has a sweet and sour, refreshing taste that goes perfectly with summer! I can drink this as much as I want. I can't wait until next year. Personal rating -> S

Color → Almost transparent, with a slight yellow component Aroma → Not so strong, but a faint melon aroma Taste→First impression is strong taste! Mild and slightly sweet. When it passes through the throat, it is clear and sharp. This is a summer sake of the newly released Kutouryuu brand (Koryu Shuzo). It is made to be enjoyed on the rocks as well. I personally am very satisfied with it, as I prefer fruity flavors. I thought the taste was close to Sharaku. Best of all, the name "Ice Yashi Sake", the bottle, and the label were all right up my alley! Personal rating -> B+

Color: yellow with a tannic finish. Aroma: Melon-like and fruity. Taste -> The impression in the mouth is a mellow mouthfeel and a little bitterness. When swallowing, you can feel the alcohol, but after passing through the throat, the sweetness spreads. Pairing: Because it has a strong flavor, a light dish such as white fish carpaccio may go well with it. Note- It's delicious and I like the taste, but the taste is strong and heavy, so I can't drink a lot of it. Personal rating: A+.
