The premiere of Kaze no Mori, a product created in collaboration with Tachibana of EXILE. Tasted in a sake cup made of local clay. The slight carbonation characteristic of Kaze no Mori makes it wonderfully refreshing. The acidity is just right, and combined with the sweetness, it tastes like an adult cider. S

A special sake for an ordinary day. The honey-like sweetness slowly permeates and leaves a slight bitterness at the end. It was a great drink with concentrated flavor. S

A limited edition of Kaze no Mori. In addition to the slight carbonation characteristic of Kaze no Mori, this sake has an amazing sweetness. The fruity flavor combined with the cider-like impression. The aftertaste is refreshing and clean, making it a memorable sake. S

Daimine has been my boom lately. I was excited to drink this summer sake. The label is also a refreshing illustration. The low alcohol content, moderate sweetness and sourness, and refreshing taste made it perfect for summer! It was perfect for summer and quite delicious! S

It has a refreshing aroma like enzymes and pears, which is typical of Sentori. I drank it thinking of Kabutomushi, but the mild, deep sweetness was followed by the bitterness of alcohol, and to be honest, it was not what I expected. However, the explanation on the label said that unlike Kabutomushi, it was made with the image of a honey lemon soaked in its skin, which made sense to me. As the alcohol turned, the bitterness became addictive and I enjoyed drinking it. A

Daimine Shuzo, Yamaguchi Prefecture, renewed Yuki-Onna Nigori. It is slightly carbonated and has a refreshing mouthfeel like muscat or lychee, with a sweet rice aftertaste. It is not suitable as a food sake, but even people who do not usually drink sake can enjoy it. I like it a lot! →A+

Tanaka Sentori. The first taste is juicy like a peach, then the sourness and slight bitterness unique to Sentori finishes it off. →B+.

Sake from Aichi obtained through sightseeing. Very fruity and sweet! was my first impression. After the mellowness of the sweetness, the spiciness remained and became a complex flavor. Note that you can eat and drink endlessly if you combine it with shiokara (salted fish) or sakataki (a type of fish thief) 🍶.

This is too delicious. It has a rich sweetness in addition to the pear flavor characteristic of Jyushiyo. It was a special sake with a good balance of just the right amount of sharpness. →S

It's been a long time since I've posted, and today is Koei Chrysanthemum. It has a light cloudy color and a sweet and sour aroma. When I drank it, I was surprised by its fruity taste. The aftertaste was less sweet, with a little gasiness, sourness, and bitterness, in that order, giving the impression of grapefruit. I guess it was like a nigori (low-sweetness) version of Jikin. It was a refined taste, one that I would like to drink again! →A

I was curious about this brewed forest. It looks a little cloudy and has a sour aroma like yogurt. When you put it in your mouth, you get the impression that it has a strong gaseous taste that goes into your nose. After that, there is a pineapple-like sweetness and a slight bitterness. It is very easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. Even people who don't drink much sake can enjoy it. →A+

While drinking sake at an izakaya in Okayama, the master told me that he had a recommended sake that was not on the menu. Of course, I was grateful to be allowed to try it. It is a sake made jointly by four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture. The label is cute and I am satisfied at this point 🍶. The aroma of honey plum wine. Mellow and sweet like honey. Some bitterness lingers. It's not that lingering. I've become a fan of this sake, and I'd like to try it again when I see it again, as it seems to come in four patterns to match the four seasons. →A+

Opening a limited-edition bottle of Kuroryu sake to celebrate a new employee. The clear blue bottle is beautiful and gets me excited before drinking. The aroma is heavy and fruity, like bananas and melons. When you put it in your mouth, the delicious taste of rice and melon-like sticky sweetness spreads. Kuroryu is a melon, but the sweetness is quite strong among them. This is delicious. We will enjoy it with sukiyaki. →A

I was captivated by the beetles in Senkou's series. I was honestly disappointed that the Snowman was too expensive, so I decided to take my revenge. The aroma is a mixture of banana-like milkyness and lychee-like freshness. The appearance is a little cloudy. When I put it in my mouth, the first thing that came to my mind was a snowman. It has a juicy but refreshing flavor without sweetness. It seems to be sweeter than the snowman... →B

Daiginjo from Kuroryu in the neighborhood. It had been sleeping in the refrigerator, so I opened the bottle on New Year's Eve. It has a mellow aroma like melon. The mouthfeel is clean, dry, and mellow with a touch of bitterness. The second glass was served hot. The second glass was served hot, and the sweetness increased and the deliciousness of the rice was felt directly. It was indeed Fukui's number one sake. →A

Aroma like lychee. After that, the sourness comes and it has a crisp aftertaste. It seems to go well with any kind of food. Personally, I thought it needed a little more sweetness. Personal rating -> B+

My impression when I drank it was that it was just light, and then the bitterness and sweetness pushed in around the acidity. It was a great bottle with a good balance and I could drink as many as I wanted. Personal rating -> A
