AFS was so good that I tried a different kind! It was less acidic and had a unique taste, which gave the impression that it was not to my liking when I first drank it. One of the best summer sake I've ever had from Akabu! It is refreshing, slightly sour, and low in alcohol, so it is easy to drink and at a level where it is gone in an instant. It was slightly similar to Shinmasa in taste (though not as sour as that one). I would definitely buy it again next year if I could 🎵 ★★★★★
