Two years ago I drank a different kind and enjoyed it so much I bought all the kinds I hadn't drank. This time I had the Koshihikari. When I first opened it, I thought it was a bittersweet and bitter, but as the day went by, the sweetness and umami increased and the impression was completely different from the first time I drank it, which was interesting. ☺️ ★★★★

One of the best summer sake I've ever had from Akabu! It is refreshing, slightly sour, and low in alcohol, so it is easy to drink and at a level where it is gone in an instant. It was slightly similar to Shinmasa in taste (though not as sour as that one). I would definitely buy it again next year if I could 🎵 ★★★★★
