Purchased at the antenna shop in Niigata prefecture for Hanami. Room temperature. The sweet smell of plum blossoms spreads when you put it in your mouth. It was cherry blossoms that I was looking at, but I had a strong impression of the smell of plum blossoms. You may laugh at the name, but it smells and tastes like plum blossoms, which are the first sign of spring in the still cold weather.
I said to the person I drank it with, "It's like a flower has bloomed," and got excited.
It was the right decision to taste it without any particular snacks. If I do it properly, I want to taste it with light food such as white fish and sashimi of leatherfish.
