It was Junmai Ginjo-shu, which is a little different from the usual Kubota Senju. There are many kinds of it, aren't there? It's a refreshing sake, but with a lot of flavor. It's delicious.
There was a project online to compare 6 bottles while listening to the explanation of Ikemoto making and Hayato brewing. I was able to understand the difference between Daiginjo and Junmai even from the same brewery. It was a fun project. ♪ (#^°)v
