Easy to drink, as popular as it is 🍶.
Sweet, light and easy to drink....
It was very easy to drink.
Maybe even people who don't like sake can easily drink it 🌳.
Here, I've had it! and just a picture
I was taking pictures....
I asked for it to go with crab and heshiko.
It was a well balanced sake, not too sweet and not too light 🍶.
It was the right choice to match it with crab and heshiko! I remember thinking that 🦀.
Trip to Fukui 🚅.
It would be helpful to have a drink comparison...
Just 2 weeks old sake...
All I can say is that it was all delicious,
I don't remember.......
I wanted to pair it with my takeout sushi 🍣.
I was looking for a dry sake that wasn't too aggressive, and my husband recommended this one.
He said, "This is the kind of sake I'm looking for...!" I thought "This is this kind of sake...!
It was so perfect!
Thanks for your comment ☺️
I will pass this on to my husband👍.
It was the first sake I had ever had and it was perfect for sushi 🍣I've been drinking sake at home more often than eating out these days so I thought I'd try Ona-san for sushi! LOL!
Lemon squash for adults
Sentori Kabutomushi!
I've been wanting to drink it for a few years...
Finally, it made its debut!
Too delicious...!
It's a refreshing drink with a sour taste.
In my personal opinion...
It's almost like lemon water with a hint of carbonation.
I thought it would go well with sashimi.
But it was surprisingly light and refreshing.
I paired it with yukke (white fish).
I'm going for it again next year...!
Probably a sake from my husband's family home in Hyogo.
It was at home, so it might have been days since the bottle was opened 😭.
But it's still very tasty in a good way!
It doesn't have any acidity and it's easy to drink, so it goes down like water...
If it's this good after a long time, it should be easy to drink...? LOL!
It doesn't have many habits, so it might go well with light dishes!
I would have liked to have had it with chilled tofu... and personally, with white fish sushi...!
I need to keep track of my sake! I should record the sake, but I always end up only with dishes to match with sake.
Well, it's just my personal record, so I hope you can use it loosely as a reference! LOL!
Looks great with soda or on the rocks...! Sake that is not like sake in a good sense. Personally, I think it has sweetness and just the right amount of acidity! It's so light that I can drink it with salted fish! Sake steal, sashimi! I think it goes better with Western-style dishes such as cheese and cured ham than with heavy sake such as sashimi. Thank goodness it can be served with sake.... I can drink it for everyday use without having to think about what to serve with sake! I would like to drink it with a wide-mouthed sake bottle or a sake bottle that shows the color of the sake. Also, the color is cute!
Junmai Ginjo Okuharima
6 types carefully selected by the bride and groom for their wedding.
It became dry and refreshing as it oxidized over time! It was more of a strong taste. Personally, I found it to be a very strong sake.
