Probably a sake from my husband's family home in Hyogo.
It was at home, so it might have been days since the bottle was opened 😭.
But it's still very tasty in a good way!
It doesn't have any acidity and it's easy to drink, so it goes down like water...
If it's this good after a long time, it should be easy to drink...? LOL!
It doesn't have many habits, so it might go well with light dishes!
I would have liked to have had it with chilled tofu... and personally, with white fish sushi...!
I need to keep track of my sake! I should record the sake, but I always end up only with dishes to match with sake.
Well, it's just my personal record, so I hope you can use it loosely as a reference! LOL!
