Doburoku is brewed on the first basement floor of Tokyo Station. They use either Yamadanishiki or Nanatsuboshi rice depending on the brewing process. Is this Yamadanishiki? I'll have it cold or chilled!

Is the rainy season ☔️ over? Summer sake is in full swing. The blue bottle is cool and very nice 😊. The aroma reminds me of citrus, slight bubbles, and the sharpness drinking quality is great 😋.

I haven't had kinoene in a long time 😋. I'll have it with a freshly roasted half-boiled Yachimachi. The brewery is surrounded by sake rice fields and bamboo forests. It's very pleasant 👌

It is brewed with white malted rice and has a delicious sweet and sour taste and a clean taste, just like citrus juice 🍋! The glass 🥂 is also served chilled to a crisp! It's a great wine to drink 😋😋😋. It will go well with Spanish 🇪🇸 food 😋.
