Purchased on the day of release. It is an assemblage of Kame-no-o, Yamadanishiki and Omachi. Last year's taste reminded me of grapes with skin, but I can feel the sweetness like a white grape. Senkou is a brewery that continues to evolve every day. I am looking forward to the next sake.

Watanabe Shuzo has become famous for its sake in Takayama, Gifu. W（Watanabe Shuzo's watanmbe. world of the world. warai of laughter.) It is a gem that is put out in a few limited bottles. Hida Minori", which disappeared in 2000, is made from sake rice grown in Minamikichijo, Hida City. It is mellow and has a long aftertaste. It is served only at the special contract shops.

Purchased from Mr. Kakinuma who is always helpful. Hououmita is fruity any kind of sake. This time it is Kame no o Terroir from Dewa Takashima. Kame-no-o, an ancient rice, is known for its resistance to dissolution. But Kame-no-o is fruity. It is also great to drink. It has a bitter taste and a pleasant feeling different from other sakes.

I bought this because I was curious about it from Mr. Oyster Swamp who has always been a good friend of mine. When I opened it I had a hard time because of the fermentation going on. After a few days of opening it, it still tries to spit it out lol He's fine! The taste is gentle acidity that makes your mouth water. Should be drunk on its own!

CEL-24, the first Junmai Daiginjo version I've ever had. The sake is so clean that it seems to have less of a pineapple feel than the regular CEL. Drinking it a week apart makes it even sweeter and tastes like old incense, so I'd recommend drinking it within two days!

Last year it tasted amazingly good, so we went directly to the brewery to buy it. Last year's sake tasted like a melon in the mouth, but this year's sake was different. The mouthfeel is smooth and honey-like with an aroma that spreads in the mouth. Because of its high alcohol content, it has a strong flavor.

みむろ杉は初めていただきます！奈良県唯一の酒造好適米である露葉風（つゆはかぜ）を使用飲み口はドライだけれども芳醇でジューシーな味わい冷酒でも美味しいけれども温まると更に米の旨味が増す。お肉やビザとの相性が良く最高でした！

富山のでも香りが高いお酒富山のお酒といえば海鮮に合うように香りが控えめで旨みのあるようなタイプだが、羽根屋は違う。香りが高く、とてフレッシュ余韻が長くとても美味しい。なくなり次第富山にいつも買いに行ってる

この雄町は新シリーズなのかな？高島雄町無濾過なので色は少し黄色！上立ち香は生酛の独特の米のような香りは感じられず、フルーティー！口に含むとややフルーティーながらも旨味が後から感じる。今回は焼肉でいただいたが最高に相性が良い、お肉の旨みをさらに引き出してくれます。造りとは個人なりには向かないように感じられます。煮物にすると合うような気はします。
