Last year it tasted amazingly good, so we went directly to the brewery to buy it. Last year's sake tasted like a melon in the mouth, but this year's sake was different.
The mouthfeel is smooth and honey-like with an aroma that spreads in the mouth.
Because of its high alcohol content, it has a strong flavor.
