Purchased on the day of release.
It is an assemblage of Kame-no-o, Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
Last year's taste reminded me of grapes with skin, but
I can feel the sweetness like a white grape.
Senkou is a brewery that continues to evolve every day.
I am looking forward to the next sake.
