I was intrigued by your post on sakewa and bought it online 🍶I couldn't tell if it was the acidity or the slight fizz, but it was so easy to drink and tasted so good that I doubted it was really a honjozo (sake brewed in Fukushima) ❗It was my first time drinking sake from Fukushima and I really liked it.
