We were lucky enough to have some Sentori Akatombo left and bought it immediately.
I had already had Kabutomushi, but this was my first time to taste Akatombo. I thought it would have a strong acidity like Kabutomushi, but it had a gorgeous aroma like banana or blue mango, acidity, and a round flavor that was well balanced and was absorbed without any sense of resistance. Even his wife, who is a wine drinker, agreed.
We enjoyed it very much with bonito tataki😊Thank you very much!
