This is Sawanoi's Soten.
It is one of the three brands of Soten, Junmai Daiginjo, and Tokyo Kurabito that won the gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards 2022.
It is fruity and a little sweet but well-balanced.
We also got a bottle of Tokyo Kurarajin and will report on it next time.
