Kamerei, which has been a long time since I last tasted it. I drank it to remember what it tasted like. It has a mature taste with a hint of bitterness and sourness when paired with Japanese food. The next day, when I drank it with a Bourbon barm roll, the sweetness was enhanced and it was easy to drink and delicious. It is hard to believe that it is the same alcohol. It is interesting to see the change in taste of alcoholic beverages.

Purchased at a local drugstore. It is less fruity than Daiginjyo, but more mild and dark than usual Hakutsuru. It wasn't chilled, so next time I'll drink it with a nice kick. ⛄️ I will drink it chilled at a later date. It has a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and umami, and tastes light and refreshing. I don't feel the fruity taste, but it goes well with Japanese food.

Synthetic Sake Manufacturer Godo Shusei Co. Onoen Group Originating in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, the company's current headquarters is in Tokyo. The manufacturer's address is listed as Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. It is used as a cooking sake because it is a bargain, but I gave it a try. It is dry, refreshing, light, and has a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly tasty.
