It is dry but also sweet, easy to drink and delicious.

Purchased at a local liquor discount. Dry. The taste is clean, but the mouthfeel is strong because it is a pure sake.
When I paired it with a simple Japanese meal, the sake was too strong. I think it should be enjoyed without snacks.
Later on, I will drink it with octopus balls and sips. It was dry, with umami and depth. It was very tasty.
