Kamerei, which has been a long time since I last tasted it. I drank it to remember what it tasted like. It has a mature taste with a hint of bitterness and sourness when paired with Japanese food.
The next day, when I drank it with a Bourbon barm roll, the sweetness was enhanced and it was easy to drink and delicious. It is hard to believe that it is the same alcohol.
It is interesting to see the change in taste of alcoholic beverages.
