It's hiyaoroshi, a time to make the world interesting. At the company's trash pickup event last weekend, Bibi's wife won a special prize of matsutake mushrooms in a raffle. We received it yesterday and had it last night. The matsutake mushrooms did not have a good aroma, so they may not have been domestic, but the sake was clean and refreshing with a delicious rice flavor. Last night, we had it with matsutake mushroom rice and grilled matsutake mushrooms.

Good evening, Mr. Bibiz! I see you made matsutake mushroom rice and grilled matsutake mushrooms! Looks delicious & luxurious ✨The name of the sake here is interesting 😆.

Good evening, Pon-chan. Also, last night I grilled it with foil, which was the best way to enjoy the flavor of matsutake mushrooms. This sake is from Yaoshin Shuzo in Ganki. It is said to be a phrase of resignation by Shinsaku Takasugi.

It is a nigori sake from Shin Niwa. Today, I participated in the company's trash pickup event this morning as a sponsor. There was a raffle for the participants, and my wife won the special prize! It was matsutake mushrooms, and we are trying to figure out how to eat them in our all-electric apartment ... . We ended the event with sushi.

Nagato Kyo Honjozo. I bought Nagato Kyo because I found a two-discount sticker on it at the supermarket where I usually buy sake. It was just like a Japanese sake. It might also be good hot. Tonight, I will enjoy it with hamo tempura.

Junmai Ginjo Tsukiyo no Usagi. Today was the fifteenth night of the month, so we were able to procure just the right sake. However, the label said, "With the auspicious crescent moon..." I thought it would not be good on a full moon night. It was fruity and easy to drink in this season. Tonight, we will have it with Wasabi cheese kamaboko, which we procured at a roadside station the other day.

This is Toko's Junmai Ginjyo Harajinshu. Today, I had a workshop in the afternoon, so I took the whole day off. Bibi and his wife also took the afternoon off, so I went out for a drink with her in the evening. Toko is a fruity wine, but it seems to go well with all kinds of food. Tonight, we had it with tempura. We also had horse mackerel tataki, stewed hamburger steak, and steak donburi for dinner.

I went to a charcoal grill restaurant with my bibi wife. The charcoal grill was good, but the creative dishes were also delicious. The wakamusume was fruity, but I could also taste the flavor of the rice. We also enjoyed drinks that we don't usually drink, such as Premium Malts, Suntory Gin Sui with iced strawberry soda, and fresh cassis oranges. Tonight, we had sashimi, bagna caudauda with char-grilled vegetables, char-grilled Iberico pork, turban shell with butter oil, char-grilled sea bass, omelette with cheese, and fried rice with lettuce and Kakushima seafood.

Hello, Pon-chan. Thank you for your comment. Wakamusume is a local sake, but this is the first time I have had it. It is fruity and easy to drink, and I think it goes well with any food.

This is Mellow Road Isshu from Oriental Beauty. Today, my wife Bibi and I took a drive to Senza Kitchen, a roadside station on the Sea of Japan side. After having a seafood bowl, we procured local beer, Toyo Bijin and Hagi ingredients. Toyo Bijin was gorgeous and fruity, wasn't it? Tonight, we will have hamo aji-ten (hamo flavored tempura), which we procured at the roadside station.

Hello first time 🎣 correction 🍶, Bibi's wife and 🍶 you are right. I'm glad you and your wife 🚗. Senza Kitchen is a big roadside station 🍶. I remember they had a good selection of local sake. My grandpa had a seafood rice bowl at Honmaru.

Hello, Kyuzo. Thank you for your comment. I, too, had a kaisendon at Honmaru. It was good because it had all the seafood you could think of on it. There were many different kinds of sake available, and I chose the Toyo Bijin.

This is the Omine 3-grain Hi-ire Yamadanishiki that I received last week. After a week, the acidity mellowed and the flavor of the rice became more pronounced. I enjoyed the slight change in taste. Tonight, I served it with red southern bluefin tuna.

The other day, I received a bottle of Tenbi, and although the acidity from the fizziness was reduced by leaving it for a few days, the remaining faint acidity and the original sweetness of the sake were just the right match for the taste. It was good to be able to enjoy it twice. Tonight, I will enjoy it with firefly squid.

I had heard that everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking Tenbi, and I wanted to try it myself, so the other day my wife and I went for a drive and procured some at the roadside station, Ofuku. It was a refreshing drink, reminiscent of fruity sparkling water. It goes well with all kinds of food, and I can drink it with gusto. I think if I let it sit for a while, the carbonation will wear off and I will be able to enjoy a different Amami, so I will give it a try. Tonight, I will enjoy it with squid sashimi, Matsumaezuke pickles, and Itawanawa-sa.

I got a bottle of Shin Tamba freshly stored and a nigori (nigori) sake highball. Today, I took a day off from noon, and after taking care of some errands at the bank, I went out for a drink with my wife Bibi. We had seared sea bream, charbroiled chicken hearts, and grilled liver, and finished with nigiri-zushi. The Shin Tamba nigorizake highball was creamy and milder than I expected. The freshly stored sake was refreshing and went well with all kinds of food. The shareholder special benefit allowed us to enjoy it at a reasonable price.

Senpuku Nigori Sake is a summer limited edition of Waraku Senjuju. It is creamy but has a refreshing aftertaste, probably due to the fact that it is a summer-only product. I can drink this nigori sake with gusto. Tonight, I served it with hokki-gai salad.

Urakasumi Sozoro was also listed as "recommended by Yoshida Rui" in the store, so I bought it without hesitation. I enjoyed the flavor of the rice, but it was surprisingly refreshing. This evening, I grilled tuna with olive oil and garlic.
