We had "Yoshinoya." I couldn't help but buy it because it was lined up in a shop to make Yoshinoya's cold sake at home. After all, Yoshinoya is known for its beef bowls, so this sake had a punchy taste to it. We had it with squid rings and prawn tempura. I thought it would have been better to have some more snacks that would not lose to Yoshinoya.

I had a bottle of Toyo Bijin Ichibanchu and other drinks. I went to the dentist in the morning and went to the gym in the afternoon. Tonight I went out for a drink with Bibi's wife because she had a day off from her band practice. The meat dish (churrasco) and cheese dish (risotto) were demonstrated in front of us. We were able to combine the meat dish with red wine and the cheese dish with sake, so it was perfect.

I had a draft beer, lemon sour, Izumo Shine Muscat, and Echigo no Amakuchi Junmai Sake. I took a day off from noon today, so I went to the gym and voted for the Yamaguchi supplementary election for the House of Councillors and the House of Representatives election before the deadline. Then I went out for a drink with my Bibi wife. Yadai Sushi was reasonably priced with the shareholder special benefit. I think it is better to have sushi as a sime at this restaurant. The otoro sushi went well with the sweet sake. It's been a while since I've been able to enjoy a variety of drinks at a restaurant.

This is Yamazaru Hiyoroshi from Nagayama Shuzo. Yamazaru is an original autumn sake, so I found it at the supermarket and procured it. I could enjoy the rich taste of the matured rice. Tonight, we had it with tempura of cod and sashimi of amberjack that we got at the supermarket.

Continuing from yesterday, this is Kita-Akita. Apparently, this sake is also good chilled or on the rocks, so I tried it on the rocks tonight. I tried it on the rocks this evening, and while I could still taste the rice flavor, it was much more refreshing. However, if you don't drink it quickly, the ice will dilute it ... . Tonight I'm having it with some Hanakkori-ten that I picked up at the supermarket.

We had the Summer Limited Daiginjo Nama Storage Kita-Akita. I bought this sake because of the "summer only" sign, but it was perfect for this season, with a clean mouthfeel and a good taste of rice. We served it with Matsumae pickles we bought at the supermarket the other day.

After the draft beer and lemon sour, we had a nigori-shu highball and a spicy Tanba. Yadai Zushi is a great place to enjoy sushi. I was able to get it at a reasonable price because I had a special benefit for shareholders. The nigorizake highball from Shintanwa was a new kind of highball with the sweetness of nigorizake combined with carbonation and lemon.

In addition to beer, we had local sake Harada and apricot wine. We visited a Chinese restaurant the other day, but because we didn't make a reservation at that time, the best course meal was out of stock. So today I took a day off from work, but I made a reservation and had the top course meal. The Peking duck was delicious. The fruity Harada matched the Chinese flavor. The apricot wine was good to neutralize the spicy bean curd. I could enjoy my vacation.

It's been a while since I had a sake, Natsu Jun. Tonight, we started with a Super Dry and tempura of small sardines, and then the Natsu Jun was served with sashimi of sword tip squid. The sweetness of the squid matched with the clean sake, and it was delicious.

We had Yamazaru and Iyamakawa. I was on duty yesterday, so I met up with my Bibi-wife on the way home and we went to an izakaya (Japanese style pub) that I'm always grateful for. Both were sweet, and I could enjoy the flavor of the rice. We had assorted tempura, deep-fried eggplant, firefly squid and horse sashimi.

I tried it in a wine glass because it was named "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award 2020". It was fruity and I could enjoy the aroma by drinking it from a wine glass. Tonight, we had hokke (whelk) that we bought at the supermarket. They were half-priced at 98 yen each, but they were juicy and went perfectly with the sake.

This is a continuation of last night's snake coarse. Tonight, we had potato and asparagus kakiage with beer first, and then enjoyed the snake's frugality with grouper. The white grouper was a good match for the dry snake coarse.

Nakajimaya Kotobuki Special Honjozo. Tonight, I had tempura of dried grouper and small sardine with Super Dry. Then we had Shirako Ponzu with Nakajimaya Kotobuki. Nakajimaya is a local sake in my hometown, and the rich flavor of the albacore and the rice were a perfect match.

Sekimusume Appreciation Kuradashi Daiginjo Genshu. We started with Super Dry and tuna sashimi, followed by Sekimusume, crab and tofu fluffy tempura. Since it is the original sake from the kuradashi, we could enjoy the flavor of the rice perfectly.

It's Hakutsuru Sake Sparkling Yone-no Omoi. I found some yellowtail for sashimi at the supermarket, so I'm having it tonight with olive oil, sesame oil and salt. So I thought this Sake Sparkling would be perfect. It smells like sake, but it's sparkling, so it's refreshing on the palate.
