Junmai Ginjo Tsukiyo no Usagi.
Today was the fifteenth night of the month, so we were able to procure just the right sake. However, the label said, "With the auspicious crescent moon..." I thought it would not be good on a full moon night.
It was fruity and easy to drink in this season.
Tonight, we will have it with Wasabi cheese kamaboko, which we procured at a roadside station the other day.
