This is Toko's Junmai Ginjyo Harajinshu.
Today, I had a workshop in the afternoon, so I took the whole day off. Bibi and his wife also took the afternoon off, so I went out for a drink with her in the evening.
Toko is a fruity wine, but it seems to go well with all kinds of food. Tonight, we had it with tempura. We also had horse mackerel tataki, stewed hamburger steak, and steak donburi for dinner.
