びびず
It's hiyaoroshi, a time to make the world interesting.
At the company's trash pickup event last weekend, Bibi's wife won a special prize of matsutake mushrooms in a raffle. We received it yesterday and had it last night.
The matsutake mushrooms did not have a good aroma, so they may not have been domestic, but the sake was clean and refreshing with a delicious rice flavor.
Last night, we had it with matsutake mushroom rice and grilled matsutake mushrooms.

びびず
Good evening, Pon-chan.
Also, last night I grilled it with foil, which was the best way to enjoy the flavor of matsutake mushrooms.
This sake is from Yaoshin Shuzo in Ganki. It is said to be a phrase of resignation by Shinsaku Takasugi.
