Today, my wife Bibi and I took a drive to Senza Kitchen, a roadside station on the Sea of Japan side. After having a seafood bowl, we procured local beer, Toyo Bijin and Hagi ingredients.
Toyo Bijin was gorgeous and fruity, wasn't it? Tonight, we will have hamo aji-ten (hamo flavored tempura), which we procured at the roadside station.

I, too, had a kaisendon at Honmaru. It was good because it had all the seafood you could think of on it.
There were many different kinds of sake available, and I chose the Toyo Bijin.
