Fruity and slightly sour taste is delicious(*´▽*) It is slightly cloudy, but not cloudy! But it is not muddy. I am not good at muddy sake, but I can enjoy it. When you hear that only one bottle comes in a season, you have to ask for it!

It has a sweet taste. It has a sweet taste, but with a clean finish. The picture of Amabie is very cute and impressive and the drink has a strong punch. (p.s.) Ummer.

It's amazing how refreshing it is! It's easy to drink! My husband gave me a shove when I said it was easier to drink than Kamizenyosui. But because it is easy to drink, it can't be helped. But you know what? It's delicious and tasty. I'm so happy~(^o^)

It's light and sweet to drink. It says that the carbonation when it ferments is - but it's normal. I guess it's because I drank the fizzy one right before. Delicious (omg!)

旨い！強い、ザ日本酒といった感じのお酒ほんのりと酸味もあり、甘い香りと共にいい感じに広がります。ほんのりとした色着いたお酒です。

普通に呑めば軽めなのでしょうが、一緒に呑んだ田酒の百四拾の軽さが凄いので…でも、普通に美味しいお酒。一口含めば香りが広がります。

高木酒造さんがこのお酒のために作った酒米で作ったお酒です。瓶の口を開けた瞬間の香りが濃厚！甘味がありながらもすっきりとした呑み口で、美酒です。

すっきりして呑みやすい癖はまったくない。するする呑める。刺身と一緒に飲んだのですが、刺身を高める感じ。
