This sake is brewed with flower yeast isolated and purified from Princess Michiko, a gift from Queen Elizabeth when Her Majesty Empress Michiko was still Crown Princess. It has a refreshing taste, slightly sweet and easy to drink.

Fruity and slightly sour taste is delicious(*´▽*) It is slightly cloudy, but not cloudy! But it is not muddy. I am not good at muddy sake, but I can enjoy it. When you hear that only one bottle comes in a season, you have to ask for it!

It's amazing how refreshing it is! It's easy to drink! My husband gave me a shove when I said it was easier to drink than Kamizenyosui. But because it is easy to drink, it can't be helped. But you know what? It's delicious and tasty. I'm so happy~(^o^)
