My favorite sparkling Yoshida Kurau!
The moment when the cork is opened slowly and the cork rises with the bubbles is so wonderful!
(It's hard to open and close the cork so that it doesn't spill)
The acidity that can be felt faintly yet clearly as it fizzes, and the sweetness that comes afterwards and then slips out is superb!
It's great to drink it with a glass of wine to toast!
