I drank this about 6 months ago and it was my favorite sake of the last year! I was wondering how dry it would be since it is called "Dry Heaven", but it was not that dry and had a very pleasant sharpness! It was only sold in one bottle, but I had to repeat it twice.

The hottest thing on the street these days is "Hiran! I got a chance to drink it for the first time as a gift from a junior colleague! It's so good! Yamadanishiki in Hokkaido! I've only been a sake lover for a short time. I never thought I would be able to drink Yamadanishiki sake produced in Hokkaido. I've had the pleasure of drinking a lot of Sanzen Sakura this year, so I'm excited and nervous to see what it tastes like. I'm excited to see what it tastes like... Mmmm...delicious! I could taste the rice flavor and the umami was just right! I will keep my eye out for more next year!

I know it's been a long time since I took it, but post! I bought it this year as well as last year! It has become very popular and hard to find.... I only have one bottle and I was supposed to drink it in small doses, but it was gone in no time.... Too good! Too good! I drank a lot of Kouei Kiku, but SNOW CRESCENT I will definitely buy it again! Just by looking at the characters "Aizan 60 Naokumi" I am convinced that it is good. LOL! The overall impression is clear, with a strong sense of rice flavor and a slight effervescence that makes it easy to drink. This is too good! Get the very popular sansho, which sells out at nearby liquor stores soon after it's sold! Great gas! Sweet and delicious! That was my first impression! From the middle, sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness are mixed in a complex way. It ends with a strong acidity! For a sake novice, it was very difficult to describe the taste of this sake, but it sure is good! Would definitely drink it again!

My first turtle sea! Heard from an acquaintance that it was very fruity and tasty, so bought it! When I put it in my mouth, I first felt a fizzy sensation. The taste changes from umami to bitterness. I asked the liquor store what they recommended. and he recommended Ryoko. I hadn't heard of this sake until the sake shop recommended it to me, and it's one of the ones that shocked me! Sweet and juicy! It's sweet and juicy, but you can also taste the flavor of the rice, and as the name suggests, it's rice juice! It's sweet and delicious, but not overpowering, and it's refreshing! I had some business in Nagano Prefecture, and I got a bottle of Shinshu Kameari at a liquor store near the hotel where I was staying! I've been wanting to drink this sake since I decided to go to Nagano! I immediately opened the bottle at the hotel! I didn't have a glass, so I had to drink it in a cup provided at the hotel! It looked so clear and delicious when I was pouring it... The mouthfeel was very clean and gassy. As the label says, it's fresh and fruity! It's also very clean on the throat. You can't really feel the alcohol, but you can feel the freshness from the moment you put it in your mouth to the moment you swallow it, so it's easy to drink! It was so delicious that it was gone in no time!

This Kaze no Mori was one of the drinks that shocked me! First of all, when I opened the bottle, the lid flew towards the ceiling with great force... it was like it had a hole in it! Isn't there a hole? Even just pouring it into a glass, I could see bubbles on the top, and I was convinced that it was going to be very peachy! In the mouth, it was quite swooshy! So fresh and energetic! Next the juicy and very fruity flavors spread out, and you can even taste the rice! When I swallowed it, it turned into a slight bitterness, and then it just sort of disappeared! Overall, it's a fresh, fresh sake that is very tasty! I personally thought it was better suited to be drunk on its own rather than as a sake-within-a-sake!

When I put it in my mouth, the flavor spread throughout and turned into a slight bitterness, and I could feel it snap out of my mouth! Even after it goes down your throat, there is a pleasant lingering alcohol feeling that lingers, and it is quite good! In my mind, it's the perfect sake! I wanted to try this sake at least once, but it was even better than I imagined, and I'm sure I'll buy another bottle the next time I see it.

KOHEI KIKU drew me into the world of sake! The Omachi version is only available in 4-pack bottles, so I bought two bottles and opened one right away, and let the second one sit for 3 months before opening it! There didn't seem to be much difference in taste between the one I drank right away and the one I let sit for 3 months! You can directly feel the sweetness of the rice flavor, and it has a lactic acidity and a gassy feel that makes it easy to drink! Pretty tasty! I drank it over the course of a week, and the taste changed every day. I got the impression it was just getting mellower and mellower! It was just too good! I want to drink it again(T . T)

I was so shocked by Hanaup that I drank it at an Izakaya before and bought it! This time it was called "Sakemira", and it was very delicious with a good balance of umami, sweetness, and sourness!
