KOHEI KIKU drew me into the world of sake!
The Omachi version is only available in 4-pack bottles, so I bought two bottles and opened one right away, and let the second one sit for 3 months before opening it!
There didn't seem to be much difference in taste between the one I drank right away and the one I let sit for 3 months!
You can directly feel the sweetness of the rice flavor, and it has a lactic acidity and a gassy feel that makes it easy to drink!
Pretty tasty!
I drank it over the course of a week, and the taste changed every day.
I got the impression it was just getting mellower and mellower!
It was just too good!
