This is an old sake that has been aged for five years. Since there have been many fresh or new sake recently, the mellowness and caramel-like aroma of aged sake is refreshing.

The owner advised that coastal sake should be paired with seafood. With cod soup and salted salmon roe.

The first sake of the Nihonbashi Sake Tasting Walk revival. It was quite sweet...but the flavor was as good as the sweetness. A mysterious sake. It is truly a mythical sake.
