袴田 岳久
It is brewed with flower yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture. The yeast comes from "Princess Michiko," a rose presented to Princess Michiko by the British Royal Family! It is elegant and refreshing. It is served at some brewery every year.

Harushika is a sake brewery in Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese sake. Harushika has a smooth, gorgeous, and refreshing taste, and the wooden vat brewing process gives it a deeper flavor. The following is from the sake brewer The "specially cultivated rice Hinohikari" from Nara Prefecture was used to brew and ferment the sake in a traditional wooden vat. It has soft acidity, pleasantly spreading umami and sweetness on the palate. The taste is complex and exquisite, yet it does not lose its overall sharpness. This is a gem that can only be experienced by brewing in wooden vats.

Fall is here! Hiyaoroshi (cold brewed sake) has begun to line up at the liquor store. The first one is Harushika! The crispness, taste and mellowness of the ministry is indescribable.

The "Phantom" of Nakao Brewing in Hiroshima A junmai ginjo made with Hiroshima's sake rice, "Hassan Nishiki"! It is one of my favorite brands. It has a soft taste and is easy to drink and has a deep flavor.

I got it at the Kyoto Imperial Palace when we went to move our kids! How noble are those chrysanthemum crests and black bottles! Kyoto is such a clean, water-rich city!

I couldn't help but buy a jacket at the liquor store. The junmai ginjo is a pure rice ginjo with a clean taste, a pleasant aftertaste and a refreshing, Shizuoka-style aroma. The result is an aromatic drink. For fine dining in a restaurant, for drinking at home alone, and now for online gatherings. It's one to snuggle up to. That's what it says! Cheap for 50 polish!
