HANA-YOUKAKU's PREMIUM Junmai Daiginjo.
A fruity sake with a robust flavor and a hint of pineapple.
The aftertaste is also refreshing, as one would expect from Hanahayokyu.
This is a honjozo of Masamune Instrument.
Even though it's a honjozo, it has a great clean and fruity feel like a junmai (pure rice).
Now I want to try Junmai!
My first kijoshu.
At first I thought it was sweet, but when I drank it chilled in a wine glass, it was delicious.
Next time I want to try other kijoshu!
Good morning, Mame8.
It was your first kijo-zake, wasn't it?
The first kijo-zake I drank was Shinmasa, too. At that time, I didn't know what kijoshu was (lol).
Since then, I have loved kijoshu.
I hope you have a good encounter next time!
Thanks for your comment, ma-ki-😊.
I didn't know our first kijoshu was the same!
I've become a fan of kijoshu too.
I would like to try many other kinds of sake!
If you have any recommendations, please let me know!
A bottle I wanted to try.
As soon as I tried to open it, the cork flew out with a bang.
Oh, that's dangerous.
The taste is crisp and slightly carbonated, with a hint of peach, and a solid sweetness and flavor.
It was still very tasty and became one of my favorite bottles.
Nisato Nama-narugi Nao Kumi Mild nigori
As the label on the back says, it is sweet at first when it enters the mouth, but when it goes down the throat, I think it is spicy. It also has a hint of sourness.
It is very complex but very tasty.
I would like to drink the other series.
Personally, I love this sake!
Barrels of Imi.
Aged in wine barrels.
It is a sweet sake, but it has the flavor of the barrels, so it is like a whiskey-like sake.
I would like to try a different kind of Sagami!
