On the occasion of my transfer, my junior gave it to me as a present!
It is a sake from Nagano, the home of my husband's parents!
It is unfiltered sake, so it has a strong drinkability in the deliciousness!

I was able to buy a 4-pack of Tobiroki!
I can't get together and drink it right now, so it's great to have a bottle, because the flavor changes at the end of the bottle!
Personally, I prefer Junmai Ginjo!

Because of the Corona disaster, we haven't had a chance to get together and drink sake.
We also have fewer opportunities to drink sake.
Naturally, restaurants and breweries are having a hard time with this.
Amidst all this, this sake was created as a new experiment.
