Hello.
The eldest son is the heir to this brewery, but the eldest daughter is a classmate of mine from kindergarten. Thank you for having a drink. When you visit Tajima, please patronize Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which is also run by my classmate.
It was at a tempura restaurant in Kannai, so I ordered it.
They say they are Ukrainian Aid🇺🇦.
It was very easy to drink, slightly carbonated and delicious.
I tried to get a refill, but it was already gone.
Watch out, watch out😅.
I found it at a yakitori restaurant, so I ordered it.
It's still delicious!
It's been a while since I could no longer buy it at the store where I used to buy it.
I wish they were a little easier to find...
It's New Year's, so I went to a liquor store I often go to to drink sake.
I found a color of Miyaizumi that I've never seen before!
It seems to be made from Fukushima's sake brewing rice, Fukunoka.
Is it a sweet sake? It was easy to drink and delicious!
When I was transferred.
My junior colleague gave it to me as a parting gift.
He recommended to drink it with a wine glass, so I drank it with a wine glass.
After all, the aroma is good!
I've been sipping it!
On the occasion of my transfer, my junior gave it to me as a present!
It is a sake from Nagano, the home of my husband's parents!
It is unfiltered sake, so it has a strong drinkability in the deliciousness!
Thank you junior!
I was able to buy a 4-pack of Tobiroki!
I can't get together and drink it right now, so it's great to have a bottle, because the flavor changes at the end of the bottle!
Personally, I prefer Junmai Ginjo!
I will drink it with care!
Because of the Corona disaster, we haven't had a chance to get together and drink sake.
We also have fewer opportunities to drink sake.
Naturally, restaurants and breweries are having a hard time with this.
Amidst all this, this sake was created as a new experiment.
I hope that I can help in some small way.
I found one bottle at the liquor store I usually go to.
It was a little expensive, but I hadn't been drinking at all
so I bought it!
I haven't had a chance to drink it yet, so I'll write about it when I do.
