This is the first time I've had nigori sake before dawn. It's going to be a favorite, but it's pretty good! It's super sweet, but has a nice balance of nigorize-like creaminess and the 18-degree power of Honjozo.

This is the Banno brewery of Sawanohana. The name and the alcohol content of 9% may have been expected, but I was surprised at the sweetness of the drink. Nevertheless, it has a slight froth and a fruity taste, so it is quite delicious.

A liquor store recommended this sake to me before. It is not easy to drink at all because it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, but it has a good aroma and a slight sparkling sensation, so it is a good sake to enjoy slowly.

It's been a long time since I've had Murasuke. Maybe it's been quite a while and my tongue has changed, or maybe it's a different grade, but it's quite different from what I imagined, and it's not quite as strong and sour as I thought it would be. But then I let it sit for a few days, and it became mild and nice. As a privilege of drinking at home, it's nice to lay it down and enjoy the change in flavor.

Drinking Shinsei Ecru at home. It was dry compared to the no.6 Type R I drank the other day and the taste of the Shinsei I remember. Maybe it was a change in taste, or maybe other drinks were coming in, or maybe my expectations were too high, but I wasn't as impressed as before. Of course it was very good.

I got a bottle of the Yokoyama for a long time. It's thick, fragrant, firm and drinkable. However, it has a carbonated feel to it, so it's not hard to drink, which is very good. It's not hard to drink, but it's not hard to drink because it's carbonated.

This is the first time I've had Eiko Fuji. It was the first time I'd ever had a sake with such a strong name, but it was the first time I'd ever had a sake with such a strong aroma and flavor. The aroma and flavor are as strong and concentrated as the name suggests. It is described as a mid-meal syochu liqueur, but it's a little too strong, so I preferred it to be drunk after a meal.

This is a reasonable series of Brewer's Kuheiji. The grade is unknown, but the aroma and acidity typical of the brewer's kuheiji is delicious! I didn't drink it, but it was pleasantly sweet, but it's easy to drink because it's fragrant and fruity.

Shinshu Kamelei Junmai Ginjo Misamanishiki I usually get the Hitogokoro, but this was my first time getting the Miyamanishiki. The aroma, sourness and sparkling taste are my favorites. I want to drink it as much as I can.

We had it by drinking at home. This is the first time I drank a hiyaoroshi before dawn. Compared to the non-hiyaoroshi Jun-Gin Nama bottle, the fruity taste is calmer, and it has a slightly aged taste that is typical of hiyaoroshi. On the second day, it became much milder and easier to drink. I liked it better without the hiyaoroshi, but it's also a good sake to enjoy slowly.

An unusual sake made with red yeast. I had drunk Momoiro Nigori before, but this was the first time I found it, so I bought it and drank it at home to see if it would work. It has sourness and sweetness, and is more satisfying to drink than Momoiro Nigori, so I really can't believe it's a Japanese sake.

家飲みで封切り 東京都の酒蔵、石川酒造の多満自慢瑞(みず)る青 りんご酸を使っており、どんなものかも思ってみたら、酸味と甘みが強いですがフルーティーでサラサラと飲める、ドイツワインの白 に近いような味わい! 石川酒造でお目当ての紅龍はすでに製造していないようで残念でしたが、お陰で未知の日本酒に出会えました。
