I got this year's Keinochi. It smells so good! However, perhaps I've gotten used to the slight carbonation feeling lately, but it seems a little too sweet. I don't know if the sake has changed, my palate has changed, or it's the combination of the two, but sake has a lot of depth.

There was a rare Kaze no Mori, so we had it. Compared to the Akitsuho 857 that I got the other day, it is completely different in cleanliness and easy to drink. It's not easy to compare at home because it's fizzy, but if there's a pub that has Kaze no Mori, I'd like to compare.

This is the first time I've had Akatake. It's delicious, with a trendy carbonation feel as it's been known to do. I felt it had a bit of a sake smell, partly because it wasn't ginjo, but I still found it easy to drink.

We had Senkou. I used to think that sparklers were not enough, but this one is quite good. The aroma is more like white wine than sake, and there is a carbonation feeling, so I enjoyed a new taste that I don't find often elsewhere. It reminded me of the different taste of Obuse's Soga Pere Efis that I got a long time ago.
