I had a drink with a friend from high school for the first time in 5 years. We drank Bunraku, Yamori, Sugata, and Houken, but I think I liked Bunraku the best. It is fruity but refreshing and goes well with food. Lured by the good food and the waitress, we ate and drank a lot...it was a good night.

Sake Samurai Junmai Daiginjo Black George A glass with crab, which is eaten once a year during the New Year. We were told that it goes well with a glass of wine, so we had it with a glass of wine. The aroma was good and it was a good weekend with the crab.
