Definitely Abe at the sake festival in Roppongi. If I find it, I will definitely drink it. All of the series are delicious, so I hope more and more stores in Tokyo carry them.

Sake with too much habit at Gesshin, Yutenji. It has no sweetness at all, but is fermented and has a sour taste like vinegar. It is said to be good for the body and some people drink it every day. Women might like it.

I went on a trip to Dogo Onsen, a few stops away from the onsen, at an izakaya (Japanese style bar). It was my first time to try Shikoku sake, but it was fruity and easy to drink. The design is very cool!

Past records✍. The first one: at an oden restaurant in Sapporo City. I asked the waitress for a recommendation for sake from Hokkaido, and she told me it was a good brewery that has been gaining momentum recently. Is this label limited to Hokkaido? Second: I later confirmed that it was sold at a liquor store in Kawasaki City.

Junmai sake limited to Iwate Prefecture🍶. They have the same brewery as Akabu, but Hamamusume and AKABU cannot be sold in the same store. Brand segregation? Rich but not too heavy, with just the right amount of sweetness ◎.

Akabu SNOW2023 Tasted at a liquor store 🍶 Nigori sake, slightly slightly carbonated because it was the last one. Not too sweet, light and easy to drink. The bottle is very cool.

Tokubetsu Junmai, Polishing ratio 55 Slightly cloudy. This sake has a gentle flavor and a silky, refreshing aftertaste. If you like Kaze no Mori, you will like this flavor.
