It was a gift and I drank it for the first time without any prior information. I opened the bottle with trepidation, wondering if I had made a mistake since it had been produced in January and had been stored in a messy way. The first sip was more fruity than I expected. After that, I was captivated by the taste that I could drink it without any snacks and never get tired of it. ☺️

The palate has a slightly sour fruitiness, like melon before it ripens 🍈. You can feel the slight carbonation right away, but it quickly fades away, which is pleasant 🍈.

It is a limited edition sake that is usually sold from March 11 to express the wishes of the victims of the earthquake. This year, it was shipped on New Year's Day to raise funds for the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Even without that background, it was a junmai ginjo-shu that left a strong flavor of rice that made me want to drink it again. We may be called a nobody in this blessed environment of eating delicious rice and drinking delicious sake, but we hope to contribute to the recovery from the earthquake, even if only a little.
