It is a limited edition sake that is usually sold from March 11 to express the wishes of the victims of the earthquake. This year, it was shipped on New Year's Day to raise funds for the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Even without that background, it was a junmai ginjo-shu that left a strong flavor of rice that made me want to drink it again.
We may be called a nobody in this blessed environment of eating delicious rice and drinking delicious sake, but we hope to contribute to the recovery from the earthquake, even if only a little.
