I bought this sake recommended by my neighborhood Tochigiya, taking advantage of the PayPay campaign. I was told that the sake was not cooked and that it would have a strong flavor, which is true. I visited GW and drank Kumano sake that I brought back. Nachi Falls today. We also drank it at a local izakaya. It is a mellow sake, so I prefer to drink it at a slightly higher temperature than to cool it down as much as I can, because it shows the heaviness that is typical of sake. The bottle on the right side of the photo. It has the appearance of a sacred sake. The label says it is brewed with holy water from Nachi. I hope it will bring you good luck.

出張ついでに寄った道の駅十文字でゲット。銘柄不明だけど、地元秋田産のお米が原料とは、旅人には嬉しい。 舌先に感じるフルーティな味。飲みやすいがしっかり日本酒らしさも同居してます。冷やでも、室温まで温まっても美味しく飲めました。 ビンでは赤っぽく見えていたので、赤いお酒かと思ってました(笑)お酒が赤いわけ無いよね。

年末にビッグカメラのお酒コーナーで買ってから、どうにもチャンスが無くて飲めていなかった、久しぶりの日本酒。蓋を開けた瞬間に広がるフルーティな香り。やっぱり日本酒は良いですなぁ。 甘口とは言え、スッキリ爽やか。ベトベトしない。間違い無く美味しいお酒です。

昨夏に白馬栂池小谷への家族旅行の際、道の駅で悩んで買った日本酒を、3月になりようやく開けました。 それほど香りはしないけど、美味しい。 小谷杜氏が小谷村産しらかば錦で仕込んだそうだ。 スッと飲める飲みやすさ、鼻に抜けるフルーティなかおり、スッキリした味わい。決して軽くは無い辛口さ。 当たりました。 これは本当に、美味しい!

夏らしい。。。と、夏に草津で試飲までして買った夏酒を、今ごろ開けました。 グラスに口を近づけるとスッとする空気感。飲めばお米のフルーティさに透明感、若干の酸味。後味もベタつかずすっきり。これは進んでしまうな。
