I went to Kumano in GW as I did last year.
Although the number of people had increased after Corona, it was still not crowded.
Sake is sold in sets of two or three small bottles at souvenir shops around Shingu and Kumano. Lawson in front of Shingu Station also had them.
The brewery, Ozaki Shuzo, is located in Shingu and is a perfect travel souvenir.
When poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellowish color. It looks like a tree country, doesn't it?
The taste is fruity when cold, yet sweet and easy to drink. It does not feel dry.
However, when the temperature rises a little, the sake remains easy to drink, but it becomes more assertive and fills the throat!
