I served it with sashimi of the red squid I had caught. The high alcohol content makes it crisp at first, but the flavor spreads quickly afterwards. It goes well with squid sashimi 🤤. Although the alcohol content is high, it is easy to drink 🍶. It has a freshness of nama-zake and is perfect for summer. ☺️

Sake that was given to me 🍶. I'm so glad I wanted to drink it ☺️ Dangerous sake with 19% alcohol content, yet it's so easy to drink 😂. The aroma and umami of pure rice can also be felt slowly! It was a very delicious sake 😌.

Hatsusenbori Kabuto-shi Refreshing as a summer sake and easy to drink with low alcohol bite 🤤. The acidity is also strong and very tasty! It is a good sake that goes well with anything as a food sake and can be enjoyed without any snacks 🍶.

A gift from Tedorigawa: ☺️ A nice sound when you open the bottle. When you pour it, the glass is filled with gas! The taste is not a strong sweet one, but it is easy to drink and stimulates the throat. It is delicious. Very beautiful. I want to drink it on a hot day.

I have pictures, but in reality I just had a few drinks at the bar. I was in Iwate on a company trip 🤤. Sake in hot springs tastes good lol The body is more robust than Junmai Ginjo, but it is quick and easy to drink! I don't remember it well, but it was a little sweet and mellow 🌾.

Delicious sake that is fruity but also has a strong umami flavor. The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma that spreads softly. It is very easy to drink. It seems to go well with seafood, but I drink it with dumplings 🤔. It also goes well with meat! I'm sure it will go well with meat too 🤤.

The bottle opens with a pop and a fresh aroma! When poured, the glass is full of bubbles 🫧. The aroma and taste are similar to cider or rumney 😌. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink! Personally, I liked it better on the third day or so because the taste was more subdued 🤤. As the name suggests, it was the perfect drink for a hot night 🍶.

Daishinshu Sake. I have never had Daishinshu, but it was recommended to me when I told the first liquor store I went to that I prefer fruity and refreshing sake🍶. The aroma is indeed fruity and light ☺️ I sniffed it a few times but being a sake novice, I couldn't give any examples 🤣 lol. When I drank it, it was refreshing, followed by the umami of rice and a little bitterness that lingered on the palate for a long time. I liked it just as you recommended 🙌! It made me want to try another kind of sake from Daishinshu!

Kaze no Mori's 25th Anniversary Sake🍶. Aroma is like young melon? 🤔 I can't smell the aroma yet 😂 lol When you drink it, you can feel the acidity and umami at the same time along with a light gassy feeling! Then the complex umami pushes in. Is this the power of microorganisms? I'm not sure 🦠. It was a delicious sake that lingers the more you drink it 🌾.

Fruity and clean aroma! Only with fermentation in progress, gas is visibly released with a popping sound when opened 🫧. The alcohol content is low at 13%, so the clean taste combined with the acidity makes it very easy to drink! I drink too much 🤤 lol If you also mix a little ori with the drink, you can taste a little bitterness, but it is not unpleasant bitterness, but it tightens up the drink 🌾. It's a very good sake that feels like champagne 🙌

It comes in easily as a Junmai Daiginjo and is very delicious with a fruity and juicy taste 🤤. Slightly effervescent and aromatic 🌾. It was a sake that could be enjoyed with a side dish or on its own 🍶. Tetorigawa is good after all!

It is drier and crisper than the other three brands. The aroma through the nose is also very sake-like 🌾. It is very good as a mid-meal sake, with a hint of youthfulness or acidity from the sake's unpasteurized state 😌. The aftertaste is short and you can easily lick it off 🤤.

The impression is that it has a strong rice flavor as is typical of Junmai, but it is also easy to drink. Compared to Tasake's AQE, I was again impressed by how different it is even though the same sake rice is used: ☺️ It is more mellow than fruity and very delicious 🌾. Compared to AQE Tasake, Tasake was lighter and I personally preferred it.

Purchased AQE complete set in Aomori. We will compare the drinks! It smells similar to the Tasake Yamahai I had in the winter, but when I drink it I can feel the umami and sweetness strongly on my tongue 🤤 very tasty. Still looking forward to compare it with the others 😌.

I happened to come across this sake at a liquor store 🍶. When you drink it, you feel the acidity similar to when you drink Niimasa no.6 😌. The umami of Akitsuho spreads slowly in the aftertaste 🤤. I really liked this sake because the acidity made the umami after taste even stronger and more delicious 🙌

I chose Kariho as my last drink. This is also recommended by the waitress 🍶. My memory is a bit hazy on this one, but the aroma was mild and softly spring-like 🌸 The sharpness and freshness of the sake, combined with the smoothness of the ori (rice powder), made for a very well-balanced cup. The aftertaste after drinking was also full and I'm happy to have finished with a good sake! LOL! It was very delicious 🌾.

This is also a well-known Shinsei No. 6🍶. I haven't had it yet, but I was able to buy a bottle of Kaze no Mori No. 6 Respect, so I thought I'd try it 😋. The taste is very elegant, with a hint of acidity and a gorgeous impression, difficult to describe 🤔. It was 🤔. It was juicy and the acidity combined with the crispness made it very tasty 🌾. And the aroma was fresh, just a hint of fragrance--a classy saké!

This one is also recommended by the waiter 🍶. It tastes fresh and juicy and as the name suggests, perfect for springtime when the temperature is rising🌸. I think the aroma was fruity too 🤔 lol I think the flavor was similar to Tsushimaya's, but I felt this one was more suited for a mealtime drink 🙌
