The 100th bottle is Miyoshi's classic Green.
It has a good acidity, sweetness and fruity feeling.
Lately, I've had more opportunities to drink heavier, unpolished sake, but when I drink it alternately with Miyoshi, I can feel the depth of the sake and can't finish it (lol).

I had my first bottle of Miyoshi (it was lightly nigori) the other day and it quickly became my favorite 😆.
It was so good, I'd love to try some of the other labels!
